At Bully Royale LLC, every item is made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because each product is custom manufactured on demand, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail stores.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Customer preference changes
Buyer's remorse
Accidental purchases
Orders placed with incorrect information supplied by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Required Documentation
